If classified like medicine, taxes for psychedelic-assisted therapy won't be comparable to that of the cannabis industry, which is less commonly perscribed as medicine, and which lacks the same scientific evidence around its efficacy for treating mental health disorders. So I guess it depends on the use cases you're thinking of. Right now, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as perscribed by a PCP or psychiatrist are not taxable sales, just as all drugs/medicine perscribed by a doctor are not taxable. All businesses mentioned in this article require patients to go through a screening process by a liscened practitioner before the treatment is administered, so this is not an issue preventing profitability.
