Great article, Arjun! I really appreciated your simplified explanation of headless architecture and microservices. Specifically, it's interesting to spell out the transformation of digital storefronts, and how they are now being considered microservices in some aspects (e.g. Shogun). In the past, a company's eComm website was one of the biggest and most complex /costly aspects of the business; yet today, they are as easy to build and maintain as dragging and dropping templates. This ties back to the beginning of your article when you discuss the massive transitions that occurred during the beginning of the pandemic (accelerating 10 years in 3 months).
